It isn’t easy to watch a person you love forget who they are and lose their ability to function. The situation can be filled with challenges, uncertainty, sadness and frustration.
We cannot change what is occurring, but mindfulness can provide tools which help us respond with greater clarity, patience, compassion and strength of character.
